I scream – you scream – we all scream for H’ICE CREAM!!

Good evening, friends. CannaAngel here with how we elevate our favorite summer-time treat. Ice Cream. If you can infuse milk, and you can get your hands on an ice cream churn, you can have any flavor of h’ice cream your little heart desires.

We have made chocolate ice cream, mint chocolate chip ice cream, peanut butter cup ice cream, strawberry ice cream, and vanilla bean ice cream. Nothing like an ice cream cone on a hot summer day. Am I right? You know I am.

So, start with your Infused Milk!!. Follow almost any recipe that you find on Pinterest for your favorite ice cream flavor. Stay away from ones that require you to use eggs and make a custard before churning. You will end up heating up the infused milk, and reduce the effect of the THC.

For today’s adventure, I chose dark chocolate h’ice cream.

Two cups of heavy cream One and a half cups of Infused milk Half cup of cocoa powder, one cup of sugar, pinch of salt and 1 and a half cups of Vanilla Extract.

In a large bowl, combine all your ingredients and whisk together. I do this because I have found that if you just willy-nilly toss it into your ice cream churn, you’ll get clumpy cacao powder in your final ice cream. And who wants that?

The amount of ice cream mixture to the size of the churn in my machine basically had me making two batches. So, all in all, it did take a couple of hours to make it. But, I ended up with quite a bit of h’ice cream. About two quarts of h’ice cream.

This little h’ice cream cone sent me for a lovely two hour nap. And hours later, I was still orbiting Jupiter.
