LAPTOP SUCKS!!

I just spent the last few hours restoring and updating my laptop.  It was running really shitty – so I decided to just clean it out and start over.  Annnndddd….that didn’t work well in my favor.  Reason is that one of the Windows drivers didn’t restore.  So, here we go again.  Second time.

Second time was great!!  Got it where I wanted it.  It was perfect.  I was happy.  And I was about to start really working on this site.  I had to run to the basement for a minute.  I heard a *BANG*!!  I had a sinking feeling.  Yup.  Dog or cat knocked it off the coffee table and stepped on it.  How do I know that?  Because nothing worked after that.   The touchpad stopped working.  Got that back and the cursor disappeared.  I could use it in tablet mode.  If I wanted to use a tablet, I would use my iPad.  I wanted my laptop for the damn keyboard.  Spent a while troubleshooting that.  Decided to give up.  I shut it down.  Went to the bathroom.  Decided to start it up again – just to see – WOOT!!!!  It’s back up and running.   UGH!!!  I thought these things were supposed to make life easier.  I have been at this since about 11:30 pm, and it’s now 1:30 – in the morning.

Now that the laptop is back up and running – and appears to be working just fine, I think I will finally go to sleep.  A few Peanut Butter Weed Balls and I should be asleep pretty soon.  I had six of them last night and they knocked me out for hours.  Tonight I think I will have only four.  It’s raining pretty hard right now and that always negatively impacts my pain levels.  I’m sure pain and laptop frustration is fueling my insomnia.

There will be random posts like this every once in a while.  Why?  Because I am living life and sometimes life gets in the way of stuff and sometimes it gets frustrating and if we don’t vent, at some point, something is going to go really bad.

And tomorrow, I’ll post the recipe of my Peanut Butter Weed Balls!!   That is an exact recipe.  Here’s something my cousin and I are laughing over.  I took our grandmother’s peanut butter ball recipe, instead of plain old butter, I use marijuana infused butter.  We’re pretty sure she’s spinning in her grave right about now!!!  Haha!!!
