Breakfast….

Breakfast is the hardest meal for me. I’m not a huge fan of most “breakfast food”. I went an entire year eating chicken breast with hot sauce on a toasted hard roll for breakfast. Give me bacon on rye toast any day! I’m the person who, after a night of drinking, would go to Denny’s and have a cheeseburger when everyone else was having breakfast.

Cereal is okay. I’m more likely to eat it out of the box as a snack. Pancakes, I have to be in the mood. I like them for dinner more. Same with French toast. Scrambled eggs — I really really really have to be in the mood. And even then, cheese and a lot of black pepper is the only way I can choke them down.

Eggs Sunny side up. Yeah, I can do sunny side up, especially with toast. Not the easiest breakfast to dose, but it is possible.

A couple drops of tincture on the egg whites as they cook. Canna Budder on your toast. Or, a favorite in my house, toast with cannabudder, with cinnamon and canna sugar.

Just be creative. A couple of drops of tincture in your coffee is good, too. You’re only limited by your imagination! Dare to Dream High!
