Well, it’s St. Patrick’s Day. How should we celebrate? Green beer? Green bagels? Eh! How about some Irish Pot-Luck Stew.
I don’t have pictures of the in progress of cooking this tasty dish because I really have been having a lot of mental health issues lately and my brain isn’t firing on all cylinders, so to speak.
So, here’s what I’m going to say about how I made this. Follow your favorite Irish Stew recipe. But…
Sauté the beef and onions in 4 tblsp of infused olive oil. And a bottle of your favorite Irish beer. I don’t have one, so I chose Yuengling Traditional Lager.
Then, when you put your veggies in, add in all your spices and herbs – I added 2 tblsp of powdered activated flower. Because, hellz ya!
This is one of those times when you can add cannabis in, in various forms and strengths. Heck, squirt a little tincture in there if you want.
