Pineapple CannaBanana Smoothie

Today’s recipe comes from Tony. And he has given us a beautiful base on which to work.

One of the greatest things of our recipes, is we really like to leave your dosing up to you. If you have a high T-tolerance, obviously, you are going to use more. If you have less, you’re going to use less. So, let’s move on to our Pineapple CannaBanana Smoothie

Our Ingredients

20 oz. can of crushed pineapple. Reserve the juice, just in case.

2 frozen bananas

13.5 oz can of coconut milk

15 oz can of cream of coconut (optional, but we really like it)

2 tblsp honey

Ice.

Cannabis tincture. One, two, three droppers — whatever your tolerance is. This is one of the times we kinda enjoy to not feel your face. Especially on a hot summer day. Oh, and as an added bonus, it makes enough so you can put it in containers in the freezer for a delish ice milk/kinda ice cream. It is summer time, after all.

Mmmm 😋 Yummy

It’s really easy from here, add everything to your blender and hit go! Pour into the glass of your choice. Toss any leftover into the freezer for a fast treat on a hot summer day. If you feel the need, this is when you would use some of the reserved pineapple juice. Some folks like things a little sweeter. Yeah, you an use sugar or Splenda. But, hey, the natural sugars in the pineapple juice is really the best way to go.

Yesssss!
Ready for the freezer

And – if you are feeling frisky – add in strawberries. Watermelon? A protein powder, if that’s your thing. Peanut budder? It’s said that mangos increase the effects of THC – giving you a bigger, longer high. Toss in a mango. The possibilities are limited by your own imagination.
